Weightloss Day 1
Food:
Breakfast - Small bowl Oat Clusters cereal with semi-skimmed milk.
Lunch - Turkey salad sandwich (brown bread), banana.
Dinner - Wholewheat pasta with smoked salmon and vegetables (little olive oil). Yoghurt. Grapes.
Snacks - None.
Drink:
Just water.
Exercise:
2hrs 15mins walking (route).
Mood:
Pessimistic but determined.
