Weightloss Day 8
Wednesday, January 9th, 2008Food:
Breakfast - 2 slices wholemeal toast with Marmite.
Lunch - Tuna salad sandwich (brown bread).
Dinner -Large bowl chicken noodle soup. 2 slices wholemeal bread. Yoghurt.
Snacks - Mini mince pie.
Drink:
2 pints ale (production meeting), rest water.
Exercise:
None really.
Mood:
Busy.
