Weightloss Day 8

Wednesday, January 9th, 2008

Food:

Breakfast - 2 slices wholemeal toast with Marmite.
Lunch - Tuna salad sandwich (brown bread).
Dinner -Large bowl chicken noodle soup. 2 slices wholemeal bread. Yoghurt.
Snacks - Mini mince pie.

Drink:

2 pints ale (production meeting), rest water.

Exercise:

None really.

Mood:

Busy.

Weightloss Day 7 (end of week 1)

Tuesday, January 8th, 2008

Food:

Breakfast - 2 Weetabix with semi-skimmed milk.
Lunch - Chicken soup noodles (lunch out).
Dinner - 6″ Subway Italian BMT (no cheese, no dressing)
Snacks - 4 multigrain Ryvita with extra-light cream cheese.

Drink:

2 Diet coke, 4 pints ale (bar night), rest water.

Exercise:

None really.

Weight:

Before - 15st 4lb (97.4kg)
After - 14st 12lb (94.8kg)

Loss - ?? (bit early to start calling anything an actual loss, there may be natural fluctuations/scale inaccuracy).

Mood:

Very pleased.

Weightloss Day 6

Monday, January 7th, 2008

Food:

Breakfast - 2 Weetabix with semi-skimmed milk.
Lunch - Chicken salad sandwich (brown bread). Celery. Grapes.
Dinner - Wholewheat pasta with chicken and vegetables (little olive oil). Yoghurt. Apple.
Snacks - Flapjack (bad, but company freebie). Satsuma.

Drink:

Just water.

Exercise:

2hrs 15mins walking (route).

Mood:

Apprehensive.

Weightloss Day 5

Sunday, January 6th, 2008

Food:

Breakfast - Porridge with Sultanas.
Lunch - 4 multigrain Ryvita with extra-light cream cheese. Celery. Tomato. Yoghurt.
Dinner - Chinese style prawn soup noodles. Yoghurt. Grapes.
Snacks - Celery.

Drink:

Just water.

Exercise:

3hrs 5 mins walking (route).

Mood:

Pleased.

Weightloss Day 4

Saturday, January 5th, 2008

Food:

Breakfast - 2 homemade bagels with extra-light cream cheese.
Lunch - Marmite flavour rice cakes. Tomato. Celery.
Dinner - Halloumi cheese with dressing. Vegetable minestrone with bread. Small piece key lime pie. (people round for dinner).
Snacks - None.

Drink:

3 small glasses red wine, rest water.

Exercise:

Very little.

Mood:

Determined to get exercise tomorrow.

Weightloss Day 3

Friday, January 4th, 2008

Food:

Breakfast - Small bowl Oat Clusters cereal with semi-skimmed milk.
Lunch - Individual half-fat quiche. Celery.
Dinner - Sweet and sour prawn stir fry with noodles. Celery. Yoghurt.
Snacks - Tomato. Grapes.

Drink:

1 pint beer, rest water.

Exercise:

35mins walking, with shopping (route).

Mood:

Still optimistic.

Food:

Breakfast - 2 Weetabix with semi-skimmed milk.
Lunch - Individual half-fat quiche. Celery. Apple.
Dinner - Chicken Risotto (at a friend’s).
Snacks - Celery (after walk).

Drink:

Just water.

Exercise:

1hr 10mins walking (route).

Mood:

Tired but optimistic.

Food:

Breakfast - Small bowl Oat Clusters cereal with semi-skimmed milk.
Lunch - Turkey salad sandwich (brown bread), banana.
Dinner - Wholewheat pasta with smoked salmon and vegetables (little olive oil). Yoghurt. Grapes.
Snacks - None.

Drink:

Just water.

Exercise:

2hrs 15mins walking (route).

Mood:

Pessimistic but determined.
